Multiple Ingredient Mixing
The WeighLogic™ WI-130 features 32 programmable
weigh value set points to handle multiple ingredient mixing while compensating for changes
in product flow and viscosity. Optically isolated I/O points control valves, limit
switches, motor starters and pumps. Its internal memory stores formulas, batch totals, and
statistical trends. Connect manual controls for jogging, and interlocking devices to
prevent overfilling or double batching. Communication ports monitor sensors and maintain
levels of supply hoppers.
