      The FLSC documents the flow
      of goods between departments.
      Weight data ensures correct and
      safe rack placement. With the
      wireless scale carriage option,
      forklifts with multi-stage masts can
      be used without fear of damaging
      the scale/indicator interface cable.

The Avery Weigh-Tronix FLSC Forklift Scale System includes a durable, front-mounted scale carriage with accurate Weigh Bar® electronic weight sensors and a choice of two in-cab instruments. The system allows operators to easily and quickly capture legal-for-trade weight data en route, without extra steps. The FLSC scale carriage features a completely open center area allowing the forklift operator a clear view of the fork tips.

   The durability of the FLSC Scale
   Carriage is immediately apparent. The
   scale’s patented design features two
   metal plates. The plates are coupled
   together by application-designed Avery
   Weigh-Tronix Weigh Bar weight
   sensors. This design has no flexures or
   springs that can affect weighing while the
   mast is tilted.

     Perfect for triple-mast forklifts
   and stock pickers or environments
   where the standard coiled scale/
     instrument cable may be easily
     damaged.

QTLTSC Forklift Truck Scale for
ITA Class III Forklift Trucks

QTLTSC is certified, legal-for-trade weighing for ITA Class III Cleat Type. Capacities: 5,000 x 5 lb and 10,000 x 10 lb. Like the FLSC, this design has no flexures, hydraulics or springs that can affect weighing while the mast is tilted. The scale is attached to the existing forklift carriage and uses the forklift's stock forks. If needed, the scale and instrument system can be moved to another truck in minutes.

data management solution. Data can be used locally and/or transferred via
WAN to a central server or data center. Information is available for use by
account management to create an invoice, or inventory management for
validation of inbound/outbound goods and stock management.
